I teach women how not to abandon themselves when life becomes uncertain.
If you are capable, thoughtful and sensitive; but tired of over-thinking, over-proving and over-carrying; you’re not broken.
You’ve likely learned to function well while quietly leaving yourself behind.
I know this pattern because I lived it.
After leaving a 20-year teaching career and rebuilding my life in France, I discovered that real change didn’t come from reinvention. It came from learning how to stay with myself through fear, guilt, uncertainty and pressure, without overriding my own rhythm.
That’s the work I teach now.
Not mindset work.
Not performance coaching.
Not constant optimisation.
Internal self-leadership.
The ability to:
• notice when you’re about to override yourself
• stay present in discomfort without collapsing
• make decisions without proving your worth
• navigate change without self-abandonment
This is practical work.
It’s built through reflection, journaling and honest self-inquiry.

Over time, many women fuse identity with responsibility, usefulness and performance. We function well, while quietly leaving ourselves behind.
Internal self-leadership restores that separation.
It is the practice of meeting yourself without shame, listening without dismissal and living without self-abandonment.
This is not reinvention. It's restoration.

It's where the Create phase of the work is lived more deeply: through fortnightly live circles, reflective prompts, poetry and audio attunements.
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is optimised.
This is not a productivity container. It is a place to practise staying with yourself.
